HIRING POLICYS
New Horizon Church is a ministry project under Josh Productions Company. By applying to New Horizon Church and being accepted to serve, you are also considered a Josh Productions team member. All applicants and accepted members are expected to read and understand both the New Horizon Church Policies and the Josh Productions Company Policies. Together, these documents outline the full list of rules, expectations, and responsibilities connected to your role. New Horizon Church

New Horizon Church is a community-driven faith organization on Roblox. Please note that all Faith Team members serve as volunteers. By joining the Faith Team, members understand that their time, service, and contributions are given freely and are not connected to any financial payment or wage. Faith Team roles are designed to promote community, purpose, and fellowship within the New Horizon Church mission. These positions are intended for individuals who want to support events, services, and outreach out of a sense of calling and personal fulfillment, not financial gain.

 For those interested in paid opportunities, only Developer Team positions may be eligible for financial compensation. Developers must apply separately, and if chosen, their pay rate will be discussed and determined solely by New Horizon Church leadership.

By serving on the Faith Team, you agree to these terms and acknowledge that you are acting as a volunteer unless you have been specifically accepted into a Developer role.

Hiring Policy Part 2
New Horizon Church

At New Horizon Church, we believe in building a team that reflects our mission of faith, community, and service. We welcome applications from all individuals who wish to serve and grow with us. Selection is based on character, skills, commitment, and alignment with our values. Applicants are required to complete the official application process and may be asked to attend an orientation or interview with church leadership. Roles will be assigned according to the needs of the church and the strengths of each applicant. Training, mentorship, and ongoing support will be provided to help every new member succeed in their role.

All team members are expected to represent New Horizon Church with respect, kindness, and integrity. This includes maintaining a welcoming attitude toward all players, following church guidelines, and adhering to Roblox Community Standards. We hold our team to a high standard of conduct because every member is a reflection of our mission and our community. Leadership reserves the right to reassign or remove any team member who does not meet these expectations or who engages in behavior that harms the mission of the church. These decisions will always be made with fairness, clear communication, and the well-being of the community in mind.

Members who demonstrate dedication, excellence, and leadership may be invited to take on greater responsibilities and, over time, may be considered for advanced leadership positions. At New Horizon Church, serving is not just a role—it is an opportunity to grow, build purpose, and make a lasting impact.
