We have decided to update our leadership at New Horizon to be more church focused. 

All of our management members will now be under @Leadership Council with the @Council Director running the Council. The council will meet monthly to decide on events and upcoming changes to the church. 

We will also be changing our slogan at new horizon to Faith That’s Alive. It suggests that faith at New Horizon isn’t something passive, stale, or only spoken about it’s something active, vibrant, and life-changing. Everyone inside of the Leadership council will have their own sub department.

We will also be changing our employees roles to Faith Team and everyone in the faith team will also be apart of a sub department. As well as staff reforms being conducted tomorrow if you are a staff member removed from your position feel free to reapply at any time.

Dear New Horizon valued members, We are here to formally apologize for today's service at West Coast campus, we were not prepared for this nor were we ready for today's service as this was our first Sunday Service. We strive to make New Horizon Church an amazing place where you can keep coming back.. After today's service we broke our promise once again. New Horizon should be a place where you should remember for having an amazing service and inviting friends to make it more of a lively place, which we also failed to keep on promise. In the future we will make New Horizon a better place where you can keep coming back to amazing service with amazing staff members to help with all needs! 

Starting today New Horizon will be looking into making our services better and holding up our promises to make New Horizon a better place. Without our valued members or valued staff we wouldn't be where we are at right now.

Dear, New Horizon valued guests. We hope you enjoyed this lovely day so far, we are here to inform you about the recent situation that went on at our West Coast Campus today. All of the actions between guest and staff members were highly unprofessional as we strive to make the church welcome for everybody. After what happened today we did not meet up with our promise on making our church welcome for everybody, we will be looking into how to improve the church before our next service. 

Today's situation was highly uncalled for between both staff and guests, both Roblox’s and New Horizons TOS were broken at the service. As we welcomed one of our new pastors onto stage for their first service we began to notice disruptions inside the audience which lead to fighting including staff involvement during our pastors first ever service. Once it was broken up and dealt with we have decided to close off VIP until the foreseeable future.

After we have closed off VIP we notice once again an uproar within our guests at the service. No acts of violence or anything that has to do with hurting OR killing people will be tolerated. If you are caught making threats or saying anything while grabbing guns like in today's service please expect an immediate ban until the next service. If you are caught doing the same behavior that you received consequences with you will be receiving a lengthy ban within all services or events at New Horizon.

Our staff members are required to be professional as a community representing New Horizon, after today we let down our promise to have our staff members being professional as a community including representing New Horizon. We will be looking into updating our staffing protocols within all the staff members here at New Horizon and giving them updating training.

All of Roblox TOS including New Horizon TOS should not be broken at any time inside the services and or events. Our events have different TOS within New Horizon but still follow Roblox’s TOS. In any way, violence should never be the final resort to anyone in our communities.

After today we will be updating our VIP Policies including our TOS within the community. In no way shape or form should this had to happen today which we are sorry for everybody's actions within the service today as we will look into making New Horizon better for the future.
